Upon his graduation from Quinnipiac Law School in the top of his class, Attorney Snyder served in the chambers of the late Justice (then Appellate Court Judge) Barry R. Schaller as his law clerk. This experience exposed Attorney Snyder to rigorous legal analysis, research and writing in a multitude of subject matter areas under the guidance of one of Connecticut’s most respected jurists. Following his clerkship, Attorney Snyder accepted a position as Associate Attorney in a 60+ lawyer firm. The firm quickly identified Attorney Snyder as having legal acumen and client-management skills such that it designated him the leader of its debt collection practice to serve its major clients. During his tenure, Attorney Snyder collaborated with several Partners in matters of commercial litigation generally and his focus over time became the protection and pursuit of his cleints' business concerns through the court system. At the urging of clients and colleagues, Attorney Snyder ultimately formed AGS Law, where he continued to represent many of the same publicly traded companies, private corporations and governmental bodies.
Attorney Stukshis graduated with honors from both Boston University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and the University of Miami School of Law. While still a law student, Attorney Stukshis came to AGS Law as an intern, where his intelligence, work-ethic and capacity for practical, client-based solutions compelled the firm to hire him as an Associate Attorney immediately upon his graduation from law school. He is now a Partner and serves as AGS Law’s Head of Litigation, and as such has earned the respect of courts, clients, and colleagues alike. Despite the breadth of his responsibilities and accomplishments, Attorney Stukshis epitomizes AGS Law’s dedication to personal client service and is always available to the firm’s clients in this regard.
